Abstract

The context of social development of the city of Bogota, it is immersed in diverse situations of social inequality, poverty, displacement, environmental conflicts, inefficiency in assertive options of town planning opposite to the explosive demand of housing and economic alternatives, Bogotá and especially the locality of City Bolivar they are areas of receipt of social problems that lives through the country, in a dimension mike, local and territorial, that does that the planning of the city becomes disordered, without effective answers and with a clear increase of the zones conurbanas, since these in the bottom are places of conquest to have something of dignity in the possession of a housing or a space where to live. This article shows the way in which across a practice of vocational training from the discipline of Social Work, by means of the usefulness of the approach of social vulnerability it puts in functioning active social that are obtained and promoted by the same social actors in the development of concrete actions for the search of alternatives to the poverty, the situations of social risk and the reduction of conditions of vulnerability, where the state answers do not come or in occasions they are slow; but where every day are lived by the same risks and with the possible consequences of long-term these in the constitution of a company in risk. The article raises a process carried out in one year, with an interdisciplinary group, which there gave like proved the generation of processes prepared from the community that divided of rescuing assets installed in them and where the risk is valued from the possibility and not from the shortage and where the identity constitutes a fundamental element that supports the social action.
